Shipping and Delivery
We process orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after processing is typically 3–7 business days within Canada and 5–10 business days to the United States. Shipping costs and any free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Customers pay return shipping and there is no restocking fee. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected; allow up to 7 days for refund processing. Original shipping costs are not returned.
